The digital marketing manager works closely with the marketing team, conference producers and operations teams. He/she is responsible for the look-and-feel of all influence group events, marketing and sales materials development, web/mobile communications and print collateral.

The opposite of a trade show, our events and virtual experiences are intimate, personable and highly interactive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive attendance to influence group virtual events.
  • Grow new leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Manage our event social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube amongst others.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing email campaigns and workflows that move leads through the funnel
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed.
    Must have experience with Google Analytics.
    HubSpot experienced preferred

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Hubspot Marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Founded in 2014, influence has become a trusted curator of communities in numerous vertical markets (healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, senior care, corporate workplace and more).

What is the Role?

As a Conference / Content Producer, you will be responsible for researching and shaping the content for our events, webinars and virtual roundtables. This individual will have input into every aspect of our product development, from inception, through marketing to “day of show” delivery.

The Producer will be involved in shaping the actual content and format of our events (live and virtual), so meticulous research and creativity are central to the role. The Producer also plays a large part in securing relevant speakers and building relationships with thought-leaders in order to be on top of key industry trends.

Writing is also an important part of the role, being able to create content (blog articles, Q&A profiles) that will appeal to our target audiences.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be a curious learner.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing
  • Upbeat positive attitude and self-starter work style
  • Available and willing to travel to live events (when they return!)
  • Journalism background a plus

What is the Role?

As an Audience Development Manager, you are responsible for researching and connecting with senior decision-makers to effectively position the value of participating in our virtual and live events. You will have the opportunity to sell across our full portfolio of events; which represent a variety of industries (retail, healthcare, hospitality, education, food service, senior care and corporate real estate).

In short, you will be recruiting and shaping the audience for our events. We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, health benefits, and a company-matched 401K plan. 

The Must Haves:
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong cold calling and written communication skills
  • Ability to research and “hunt” for new prospects using Linkedin, Google and social media.
  • Confidence when communicating with senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time.
  • Willingness to travel to live events (when they return!)

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our growing team at the influence group. The Business Development Manager is a confident and highly motivated professional whose role is to sell premium sponsorships across our portfolio of B2B events and virtual experiences.

Success in the position requires self-motivation, a competitive spirit and the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential qualifications. He or she will collaborate closely with the entire influence group team to ensure the success of each event. The successful candidate is someone who is not only willing to follow direction, but also take the ball and run with it!

This position presents wonderful growth opportunities for the right candidate. If you have previous sponsorship sales experience (especially with one-on-one meetings/hosted buyer formats) we want to hear from you!

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience
  • Must have the skills and confidence to identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Excellent verbal (phone) and written communication abilities
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
