What is the Role?

As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support our business goals. This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-growing company while working with a passionate and talented team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of leadership forums
  • Drive our Hubspot strategy: building landing pages, CTAs, workflows, etc
  • Lead and successfully execute social media campaigns
  • Create a content strategy optimized by metrics, reporting, and SEO knowledge
  • Leverage and promote our content on Linkedin and more
  • Manage email campaigns and optimize messaging across the buyer’s journey
  • Maintain the integrity of the contacts in our database (Hubspot CRM)
  • Ensure the success of all campaigns and initiatives with clear reporting
  • Manage agency and independent contractor relationships
The Must Haves:
  • Must know Hubspot Marketing
  • Genuine passion and understanding of modern day marketing (inbound, social, influencer)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

What is the Role?

As a Conference / Content Producer, you will be responsible for researching and creating the intellectual content for our events and blogs. This person will have input into every aspect of our events development, from inception, through marketing to onsite delivery.

The Conference Producer will be involved in shaping the actual content and format of our events, so meticulous research and planning is central to the role. The Producer will also play a large part in attracting relevant speakers and building relationships with industry thought leaders in order to be constantly aware of the topics that could potentially translate into a compelling and successful conference.

Writing is also an important part of the role, being able to create content (blog articles, reports) that will appeal to our target audiences.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be a curious learner.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing
  • Upbeat positive attitude and self-starter work style
  • Available and willing to travel to events (2020: Palm Springs, Austin, Los Angeles, New Mexico, Miami Beach and more)
  • Journalism background a plus

What is the Role?

As an Audience Development Manager, you are responsible for researching and connecting with senior decision makers to effectively position the value of attending our events. You will have the opportunity to sell across a full portfolio of events; which represent a variety of industries (retail, healthcare, hospitality, education, food service, senior care and corporate corporate real estate).

In short, you will be recruiting and shaping the audience for our events. We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, health benefits, and a company-matched 401K plan. This position is located in our downtown NYC office. We will consider “Work from Home” scenarios for qualified candidates that live outside the NYC metro area.

The Must Haves:
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong cold calling and written communication skills
  • Ability to research and “hunt” for new prospects using Linkedin, Google and social media.
  • Confidence when communicating with senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our growing team at the influence group. The Business Development Manager is a confident and highly motivated professional whose role is to sell premium sponsorships across our portfolio of B2B events.

Success in the position requires self-motivation, a competitive spirit and the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential qualifications. He or she will collaborate closely with the entire influence group team to ensure the success of each event. The successful candidate is someone who is not only willing to follow direction, but also take the ball and run with it!

ARE YOU IN A CREATIVE MARKETING POSITION THAT DOESN’T ALLOW YOU TO SHINE?

The creative marketing manager works closely with the marketing team, conference producers and operations teams. He/she is responsible for the look-and-feel of all influence group events, marketing and sales materials development, web/mobile communications and print collateral.

WHO ARE WE?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event branding (yearly refreshed) 
  • Manage 8 event websites + company site > event launches, keeping WP, themes & plugins up to date, backups, add lineup, program, update images/videos, etc.
  • Design marketing/sales materials: brochures, event briefs, ebooks, reports, social media images/ads, blog/email images, CTA’s, etc. 
  • Design for print: signage, name badges, event booklets, maps, etc.
  • Design app visuals
  • Manage video content
  • Edit event trailers, interviews, etc.
  • Create storyboards for event promo video
  • Oversee and manage photo/video crews and other freelancers when necessary 
  • Assist with stage design
  • Powerpoint/keynote creation
THE MUST-HAVES:
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with WordPress, Divi, HTML, PHP and CSS 
  • Knowledge of Hubspot Marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Photography/videography skills a plus
  • Upbeat positive attitude and self-starter work style
  • Available and willing to travel to events (2020: Palm Springs, Austin, Los Angeles, New Mexico, Miami Beach and more)
